International Relations Reports

At the University of Sarajevo (UNSA), International Relations Reports serve as formal documents used to systematically record, monitor, and present international activities and cooperation at institutional and faculty levels. These reports typically document activities related to Erasmus+ and other international programmes, including student and staff mobility, international projects (such as Capacity Building, Cooperation Partnerships, Jean Monnet actions), international events (staff weeks, scholarship fairs, conferences), signed agreements, and cooperation with partner institutions. They provide an overview of implemented activities, achieved results, and challenges encountered during implementation. International Relations Reports are important for several reasons: they support transparency and accountability, serve as a basis for internal evaluation and strategic planning, contribute to institutional reporting towards the Rectorate and relevant authorities, and provide evidence for external audits, project reporting, and accreditation or internationalisation processes. At UNSA, these reports also help align international activities with the University’s internationalisation strategy and Erasmus+ obligations, ensuring a balanced development of outgoing and incoming mobility and international cooperation.
